Noticias sobre formación en el 2024.

Durante dos cursos lectivos , 2022-20223 y 2023-2024, el titular del despacho ha cursado y terminado el Máster Universitario de la Empresa y de la Contratación de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili.

El Máster ofrece una formación avanzada en la regulación jurídico-privada de las relaciones de las empresas y de los particulares.

El objetivo del máster oficial en Derecho de la Empresa y de la Contratación es la formación interdisciplinaria como valor añadido y como respuesta a la demanda de especialización y estrategias en el ámbito interno, de la Unión Europea e internacional, que se precisan en los momentos de crecimiento o de crisis.

During the month of June, the head of the office took the course on insurance contract litigation, given by the Royal and Illustrious Bar Association of Zaragoza, with a duration of five weeks and with the following contents.

2) Classes of insurance: according to the insured object and according to the type of coverage.
3) Insurance taxation.
4) The defense of the consumer.
5) The scene of the controversy: extrajudicial and judicial. The various possible procedures.
6) Practical-procedural analysis of the Insurance Contract Law. Tools and materials to support the lawsuit.
